Step 3. If theses steps do not work, please follow these steps to completely uninstall.
Step 4. Reinstall. Download the software at https://acilab.com/resources/ordering-software/. On this page you will find Both the Non-Java and Java versions of our software.
Step 5. If you have issues opening the downloaded program file, please go to your privacy settings and "allow download any way" even though it's not from a identified developer.
