What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged during shipping:

You can submit a no charge makeover request by logging into your account at acilab.com.  Once you are logged in,

• Select "My Account" and then "Check Orders". 
• You will see a list of your recent orders. 
• Any orders that have been shipped out will have an option to submit a makeover request. 
• Please fill out the makeover request and attach photos of the damage. 

We will remake your damaged items at no charge!
