When you submit an order to ACI, you should receive a confirmation email to the address you have entered after your cart screen in the ordering program.
You may want to add firstname.lastname@example.org as a contact to ensure your email provider does not direct the message to promotions or Spam.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 45 minutes of submitting your order, please call our Customer Care team, 800-728-2722, to determine whether or not the order came through to us.
- Please do not attempt to resubmit the order without calling in first as this may result in duplicate orders.
- Occasionally, the confirmation email may fail to send, or may end up in a Spam folder, so calling is the only way to verify the order did not come through.
Once we have confirmed the order is not still transferring to us, we will let you know if the order needs to be resubmitted.
